Finding an Edward Hopper

Edward Hopper has to be one of  my top favourite artists, I couldn't particularly tell you what it is about his work that I find so captivating, but even still you cant deny the skill in his work.

My photo of a barber shop in Bath focuses around a hairdresser who is wearing a trilby reminiscent of that worn in Hopper's "Nighthawks" painting (displayed below). Both share the blending of similar colours in the foreground and background. Hopper's muted bottle green carries the mood of the scene, where as my barber shop is a vibrant tangerine, contrasting with the mundane activity taking place.
